Flights
Economy flights have been booked on your behalf; your departure airport will be the closest available to you. All flights include a large cabin bag and a personal item (such as a handbag or backpack). Checked bags have been booked on request.​

Passport validity & visa requirements
To enter Monaco, your passport must:

Have a ‘date of issue’ less than 10 years before the date you arrive – if you renewed your passport before 1 October 2018, it may have a date of issue that is more than 10 years ago

Have an ‘expiry date’ at least 3 months after the day you plan to leave

British or Irish nationals do not need a visa to enter Monaco for the purpose of tourism for up to 90 days. If your passport is not issued from the UK or Ireland, please check specific Monaco tourism board information in case a visa is required, or passport validity requirements differ.

Time difference

Monaco is in the Central European Time zone, +1 hour ahead of the UK.
Climate
​
The average high temperature in October is 20°C and the average low temperature is a very pleasant 16°C.

Dress code
​
Smart casual dress in the daytime. In the evening, men are expected to wear trousers or chinos, and closed shoes (loafers, casual dress shoes) are suitable. For the casino, these rules are mandatory.



Electricity
​
For Monaco there are three associated plug types, types C, E and F. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins, plug type E is the plug which has two round pins and a hole for the socket’s male earthing pin and plug type F is the plug which has two round pins with two earth clips on the side. Monaco operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
